Usher-Syndrom 1F

Das Usher-Syndrome vom Typ 1F wird durch Mutationen im PCDH15-Gen hervorgerufen. Die Vererbung ist autosomal rezessiv. Das klinische Bild wird bestimmt von einer Hörstörung und einer Retinitis pigmentosa.
