Das Alagille-Syndrom 2 (ALGS2) ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im NOTCH2-Gen ausgelöst wird. Zu den Symptomen gehören neben der zystischen Nierendysplasie verschiedene Skelettfehlbildungen, Cholestase und Pulmonalarterienstenose.
