Die glomerulotubuläre Nephropathie ist ein autosomal rezessives steroidresistentes nephrotisches Syndrom, welches durch Mutationen im FAT1-Gen ausgelöst wird. Neben der Proteinurie findet sich regelmäßig eine Hämaturie und eine tubuläre Ektasie, während neurologische Defizite unregelmäßig beobachtet werden.
