Generalisierte arterielle Verkalkung bei Kleinkindern 1

Generalisierte arterielle Kalzifikation im frühen Kindesalter 1 ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung die durch Mutationen im ENPP1-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Der klinische Verlauf ist selbst unter Geschwistern variabel.
