Renale Hypodysplasie/Aplasie 2

Die renale Aplasie 2 ist eine schwere Form der Fehlbildungen im Urogentialbereich (CAKUT), welche durch Mutationen im FGF20-Gen hervorgerufen wird. Die Vererbung ist rezessiv.

Die schweren Fehlbildungen bei Nierenaplasie Typ 2 sind oft lebensbedrohlich.
