Renale Hypodysplasie/Aplasie

Die renale Adysplasie ist die schwerste Form der Fehlbildungen im Urogentialbereich (CAKUT). Das Spektrum reicht von bilateraler Aplasie (meist letal) über unilaterale Aplasie mit kontralateraler Hyposdysplasie bis hin zu den schweren angeborenen Obstruktionen im Harntrakt. Gelegentlich sind neben der Niere auch andere Urogenitalorgane mit Fehlbildungen betroffen.

Klinischer Befund

Das klinische Bild kann variieren. Das Spektrum reicht von bilateraler Aplasie über unilaterale Aplasie mit kontralateraler Hyposdysplasie bis hin zu den schweren angeborenen Obstruktionen im Harntrakt. Der Verlauf führt meist frühzeitig zum Tode, manchmal sogar schon intrauterin.

Symptome

Nierenfehlbildungen
Die Fehlbildungen bei Nierenaplasie sind in der Regel sehr schwer und lebensbedrohlich.
Oligohydramnion
Die schwere Nierenfunktionsstörung äußert sich bereits pränatal als Oligohydramnion. Gelegentlich tritt sogar der Fruchttod ein.
