Nephronophthise 05

Nephronophthise 5 ist eine autosomal rezessive Erkrankung mit medullären Nierenzysten, die durch Mutationen im IQCB1-gen hervorgerufen wird. Eine progressive Niereninsuffizienz tritt meist bereits im Kindesalter auf.
