Kongenitales nephrotisches Syndrom vom Typ 04

Das kongenitale nephrotische Syndrom mit diffuser mesangialer Sklerose ist eine autosomal dominante Erkrankung, die durch Mutationen im WT1-Gen ausgelöst wird.

Symptome

Proteinurie
Die Proteinurie bei NPHS4 ist von einer mesangialen Sklerose und gelegentlich auch genitalen Fehlbildungen begleitet.
